Let's talk about Holistic Medicine for Central Floridians.
Holistic Medicine is a system of healthcare that emphasizes the need to look at the whole person, including analysis of physical, nutritional, environmental, emotional, spiritual, social, and lifestyle values. It requires a cooperative relationship among all involved, leading towards optimal attainment of the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual aspects of health. Holistic Medicine focuses on education and the responsibility for personal efforts to achieve balance and wellbeing.
Central Florida Holistic Medicine encompasses a vast array of natural therapies that include nutrition, herbal medicine, emotional healing, bio-feedback therapies, food therapy, acupuncture, meditation, physical exercise, poultices and mudpacks, and other physical therapies, that can bring a person into a balanced state, free of disease. These therapies can be used alone, or even more powerfully, together.
A Few Good Secrets for Maintaininf Good Health...
Hidden infections, including parasites, can live undetected in the body for years. Symptoms can include fatigue, brain fog, memory problems, tumors, fibroids, auto-immune diseases, and cancer. It is top priority to remove these ‘root causes’ of degenerative disease by removing the infection. Until the infection is removed, the end result of degenerative disease or cancer will continue to return. Through Holistic Medicine and Quantum Reflex Analysis (QRA), hidden infections can be found and eliminated with natural herbs and nutrients.

Let’s discuss at Healing in Holistic Way
Physical Aspect of Healing:
- Support the entire body with nutritionally dense food, in its most natural state, and free of chemicals, hormones, additives or synthetic nutrients.
- Hydrate with water free of chemicals (fluoride / chloride) and additives.
- Use whole food supplements at therapeutic levels, for a season, to reverse damage at organ and gland level and to nourish and rebuild. Avoid use of synthetic nutrients.
- Clear any remaining tissue damage from old physical traumas or scars (Cation Mudpack Therapy is very helpful)
Emotional / Mental Aspect of Healing:

Let's discuss Nutrigenomic Testing & Your Health in Holistic Way! - Central Florida Holistic Medicine
Nutrigenomic Testing and Holistic Medicine go Hand in Hand
Nutrigenomics is defined as the scientific study of the interaction of nutrition and genes, especially with regard to the prevention or treatment of disease. This is increasingly important because many people take nutritional supplements daily, and may be uncertain of what they truly need to stay healthy. Nutrigenomics testing detects an individual’s SNP’s (single nucleotide polymorphisms) that may be contributing to a current disease pattern, or may indicate an increased chance of a potential disease pattern in the future.
For example, a person with a GAD1 mutation may be more prone to anxiety, chronic pain, sleep disorders, addictions and difficult to treat PTSD. Understanding that these persons may not be able to convert Glutamate (excitatory neurotransmitter) to GABA (inhibitory neurotransmitter) is key to correcting the root cause of their health issue through the specific selection of nutrients as well as lifestyle recommendations which will ensure that they can maintain adequate GABA levels, helping them feel more calm, relaxed, pain free and maintain more peaceful and regenerative sleep patterns.
A person with a COMT mutation may be more prone to emotional instability and difficulty maintaining hormone balance due to increased cortisol levels and HPA (hypothalamus – pituitary – adrenal) axis dysfunction.
Autophagy (ATG) mutations could lead to an increased chance of cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, autoimmune disorders, hormone imbalances, type 2 diabetes and fatty liver.
More than 75% of all people have significant genetic weaknesses (SNPs) in the most important nutritional metabolism pathways. Having a genetic mutation does not mean that the person will have a disease. SNP’s are generally activated under stress. Stress can come from an emotional or physical trauma, an exposure to environmental toxins, EMF’s, pharmaceutical and recreational drugs, excessive alcohol intake, prolonged lack of regenerative sleep, or a nutrient deficient diet and lack of exercise.
All testing is performed by GX Sciences . Collection kits can be sent directly to a person’s home where they will take a simple buccal swab and send it back to the lab for analysis. A full report of gene mutations, along with recommendations for nutrients, lifestyle therapies, and additional lab work will be provided. A consultation to review results can be completed with a telemedicine appointment.
