How to Slow the Rapid Aging Process

How To Slow the Rapid Aging Process By Dr. Kathy Veon

Slow the Rapid Aging Process

Glutathione is the ‘master antioxidant’ which is created intracellularly in the liver through the biochemical processing of the three amino acids: cysteine, glycine and glutamic acid. It is also considered the ‘master detoxifier’ and protects against the oxidative stress caused by mold, heavy metals, EMF exposures and many other environmental toxins.

Both endogenous and exogenous damage leads to DNA lesions and a ‘rapid aging’ process. Signs of aging include: stem cell exhaustion, altered intercellular communication, genomic instability and epigenetic alterations, telomere attrition, deregulated nutrient-sensing, mitochondrial exhaustion, and an increase in cellular senescence, just to name a few. Keep reading to learn more about how glutathione can assist the body in slowing the rapid aging process being promoted by our current environment.

Glutathione. The Master Antioxidant

Low Glutathione Levels

How to Slow the Rapid Aging Processy Dr. Kathy Veon, A Great 5 Star Rated Holistic Healer explains slowing the aging process with holistic relief therapiesLow glutathione levels are now very common due to the increased prevalence of oxidative stress drivers in our environment. Some of the conditions linked to high oxidative stress are:

  • Diabetes
  • Asthma and COPD
  • Autoimmune
  • Disorders
  • Cancer
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Cardiovascular
  • Diseases
  • Neurodegenerative
  • Disorders
  • Viral Diseases
  • Stroke

  • Immune System Support
  • Detoxification
  • Cellular Health
  • Skin Health
  • Antioxidant
  • Protection
  • Neurological Health
  • Liver Function
  • Cancer Prevention
  • Cardiovascular Health
  • Anti-Inflammation

Glutathione explained by Dr. Kathy VeonGlutathione is an excellent therapy for anyone exposed to mold, mycotoxins, heavy metals and EMFs. One of the most powerful environmental toxins that depletes our glutathione levels is the exponential increase in exposures to wireless radiation (RF-EMF’s) and other forms of electromagnetic radiation. Our bodies simply cannot keep up with the demand for protection against oxidative stress caused by EMF exposures. Measures to reduce EMF exposures can be found here:

Increase Glutathione Levels

There are several ways to increase glutathione levels.

Coffee Enema by Dr Kathy Veon

Coffee Enemas have long been used to support healthy detoxification and increase endogenous glutathione production. They are one of the main holistic therapies recommended for anyone healing from a severe chronic disease such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, allergies and neurodegenerative disorders. It is important to use only coffee that has been tested for heavy metals, mold and mycotoxins, pesticides and chemicals. Here are a couple of excellent options:

  1. PRL Organic Coffee
  2. PureLife Enema Coffee

Supplementation to increase glutathione levels has many forms. The two most bioavailable are liposomal oral delivery, and topical delivery. One of the most researched and effective topical delivery methods is Glutaryl. Glutaryl comes in two strengths.

How to Slow the Rapid Aging Processy Dr. Kathy Veon, A Great 5 Star Rated Holistic Healer explains slowing the aging process with holistic relief therapies It is recommended to begin with the lower strength to avoid a Herxheimer Reaction (detoxification reaction or ‘healing crisis’). Another topical delivery system that is also excellent for children on the autism spectrum is from NeuroBiologix.

This topical formula is easy to use for people who are more sensitive to smells and textures. Glutathione is a simple sulfur compound and does retain some of the ‘sulfur’ odor as part of its normal and beneficial biochemistry. Foods that contain natural sulfur compounds that increase glutathione levels are:

  • Broccoli
  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Kale
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Watercress
  • Mustard Greens
  • Cauliflower
  • Eggs
  • Avocados
  • Asparagus
  • Okra
  • Whey Proteins

Vitamin C explaine by Doctor Kathy VeonNutrient supplementation can assist the body in creating glutathione. N-Acetyl Cysteine or ‘NAC’ is a precursor of glutathione. NAC is one of the main nutrients recommended for healing from pathogenic exposures such as COVID. Please be conservative with NAC supplementation, as too much can be neurotoxic for certain individuals. 300 – 400mg, three times daily is a therapeutic dose. Vitamin C supplementation should also be used to help reduce the workload of glutathione. Vitamin C works in synergy with NAC. Two grams of Vitamin C daily is an effective therapeutic dose.

ReadiSorbReadi Sorb bottle is my most favorite oral delivery form of liposomal glutathione. It comes in either a powder that is easy to travel with, or a liquid that must be kept refrigerated. Several Glutathione options can be found at Fullscript here: Glutathione Options

Environmental Factors

Avoiding substances that deplete glutathione is essential. Alcohol consumption dramatically increases glutathione depletion. In addition, most wines produced in the USA have very high levels of pesticides and herbicides such as Round Up (Glyphosates). Toxic chemical exposures deplete glutathione levels, so removing chemical based household cleaners, topical creams, lotions, personal care products, as well as yard and garden, pest and weed control is very important.
