Natural Immune Boosting Therapies and Alternatives to the Flu Shot

Natural Immune Boosting Therapies and Alternatives to the Flu Shot

There’s really no need for questionable flu shots when you can protect yourself from a much wider array of bacteria and viruses by supporting your body’s natural immune function. I’d like to offer natural alternatives to traditional flu shot therapy that may offer far more protection for you and your family.

Simply put, the stronger your immune system, the more likely you will not suffer from cold or flu outbreaks. The immune system begins in the ‘gut’ where proper amounts of hydrochloric acid (HCL) can break down the food you eat and deliver the nutrients (vitamins, minerals) it contains to all of your tissues, organs, and glands so that they function at the highest capacity as they were intended.

Digestive enzymes also help break down proteins, carbohydrates, and fats so they do not turn to toxic ‘sludge’ in the intestinal system, releasing toxins to the liver and into the blood system… eventually overwhelming the immune system. Supplementing with HCL and Digest will keep this core body system strong and healthy. Children only need unheated ‘Pink Salt’ in their diets to make their own HCL.

Stay away from white ‘table salt’!! It has been heated over 1000 degrees and is very toxic to the vascular system and can lead to high blood pressure and increased risk of heart attack or stroke. Pink Salt is a superior choice as it is a precursor for HCL and healthy digestion; it can lower blood pressure; supports the adrenals and kidneys; hydrates tissue; supports healthy cerebral spinal fluid and lymphatic system.

The ‘sunshine vitamin’… vitamin D, dramatically boosts immune function, protects the lung lining and oral/nasal mucosa, as well as the lining of the intestinal system. The best way to obtain vitamin D is through exposure to sunlight on bare skin without sunscreen. 20 to 30 minutes per day is beneficial.

Supplementation should only be done with a non-toxic, live source of vitamin D3. People with Gallbladder dysfunction often need extra support to utilize D3 properly. Adding a drop of Limonene can help aid the absorption of D3. Therapeutic doses range from 10,000 to 20,000 IU per day, and appropriate blood levels range from 60 to 90 ng/ml. ‘At-home’ blood tests are now available and are a convenient and accurate way to monitor your levels. It is always best to work with a qualified healthcare practitioner when using therapeutic doses of any nutrient or herb.

Removing hidden infections in the body will greatly reduce the stress to the immune system and naturally boost its function. Chronic illness always has hidden infections or chemical assaults as its root cause.

By chronic illness, I am speaking of all ‘auto-immune’, slow wound healing, allergies, cancer, heart disease, and many others. Nano-bacterial, bio-films, parasites, and viruses wreak havoc on a normal immune system causing it to ‘crash’ or to attack everything in sight including healthy tissue. A QRA session can reveal any hidden infections in the organs, glands, tissue, and teeth.

Reduce or eliminate sugars, processed and genetically modified foods. Sugar feeds infection and stresses the body’s immune system. Limiting or removing sugary foods and snacks from your diet can improve the body’s natural ability to fight off infection.

This change in diet will also often lift mood, reduce pain and inflammation, improve sleep, and help you maintain a healthy body weight. New evidence also suggests that genetically modified foods (grains in particular because of their widespread use in the American diet), can damage the gut lining as well as the cellular structure of organs and glands.

Choose more organic or locally grown vegetables, fruits, heirloom grains, grass-fed meats, butter, and eggs. These foods are more nutrient-dense and support the overall function and daily repair of the whole body.

Avoid antibacterial soaps. This sounds strange, but anti-bacterial soaps actually damage the natural acid mantle of the skin. The acid mantle is a thin barrier naturally present in healthy skin that protects the body from bacteria and viruses; keeps the skin moist; provides an environment for ‘healthy and beneficial’ bacteria. Use soaps that are neutral in nature and not alkaline, stripping, or harsh. Avoid soaps with triclosan, lye, sodium lauryl sulfate, parabens, and artificial fragrances.

If you find yourself with the sniffles, achy body, scratchy throat, etc., don’t fret! I’ve found a very effective and safe remedy that can stop a cold or flu almost immediately if taken at the very first sign of symptoms. NuceloImmune has been used repeatedly to upregulate the immune system at the onset of an attack. I’ve seen it work beautifully over 90% of the time.

Because it increases immune system function, it also helps speed tissue and bone healing after traumatic injury or surgery. It’s really a great supplement to keep on hand and serves many healing purposes.

Additional nutrients that offer immune function support are zinc, liposomal glutathione, Argentyn 23 Silver Hydrosol, Microbiome Labs MegaCidin, MegaSporeBiotic and HU58, and Perque Zinc & Throat Guard Lozenges.
